Refund policy

 

1.  Consumer Guarantees Act 1993:  Nothing in these Terms limits or negates your rights or remedies under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA) or the Fair Trading Act 1986. Where the CGA applies, you may be entitled to a remedy if a product is not of acceptable quality, not fit for purpose, or does not match its description. We do not offer change-of-mind returns. If and to the extent you acquire our products in trade, for the purposes of section 5D of the Fair Trading Act 1986 and section 43 of the CGA, you and we agree to the extent permitted by law that: you and we are all in trade;  sections 9, 12A, 13 and 14(1) of the Fair Trading Act 1986 and the provisions of the CGA do not apply in relation to these Terms or as between you and us; and it is fair and reasonable to exclude their application.

2.  Faulty or Incorrect Items:  If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement, exchange or full refund including return shipping at our cost. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

3.  Disclaimer:  While we use reasonable endeavours to ensure the accuracy of information on the Store, the information is provided on an "as is" basis and without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, correctness, timeliness, completeness or fitness for purpose. Access to, and the availability of, the Store may be interrupted, restricted or delayed from time to time. We do not give any warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, in respect of the availability or performance of the Store.
